Proud to Stand for Texas

I was blessed to speak at the first-ever midterm convention, and I’m grateful to everyone who traveled from across Texas and the country to be part of it. I was so happy to show the country that Texas is the greatest state in America. In my speech, I reminded everyone why we are here: to fight for our families, our freedom, and our faith in God.
We must honor our flag, stand up for our country, and never turn our backs on the principles that made America great. If we lose sight of those things, we risk losing everything.

The Ingraham Angle Live from RNC
Wednesday night, I was live on set with Laura Ingraham to discuss the danger James Talarico is to our state and country. He is a total fraud, and we must unite in November and vote for Ken Paxton to stop him.

The Fight to Protect Women’s Sports
You can catch Lt. Dan wherever you get your podcasts, at www.ltdan.com, or on my YouTube channel. If you enjoy it, please subscribe and share it with a friend.
Recently on Lt. Dan, I sat down with Riley Gaines for a candid conversation about the fight to protect women’s sports. Riley shares what she experienced at the NCAA championships when forced to compete against a biological male, the moment this fight became personal, and why fairness, safety, and common sense still matter. We also discuss the WNBA and Caitlin Clark, NIL and collegiate athletics, faith, and whether Riley could one day enter politics.

Texas GOP Breakfast

On Wednesday, my first stop in Dallas was the Texas GOP breakfast. I always love meeting with our GOP members because they are the backbone of our party. They help spread our conservative message, engage voters, and encourage people to get to the polls. Their hard work is essential to our party’s success.
Ready for Next Session

Thursday morning, I had a great conversation with Speaker Dustin Burrows and the Texas Public Policy Foundation.
Republican leadership has delivered for Texans, and next session, we will continue delivering for Texans.
Next legislative session, I look forward to working with Speaker Burrows and a strong GOP majority in the Texas House to address the people’s priorities, including record property tax relief.
A Visit to Y’all Street

Wednesday, I stopped by the Texas Stock Exchange in between RNC events. The Texas Senate and I have worked hard to make Texas the leading economic engine in the country, and the TXSE is another step toward that goal. It was great to see firsthand what they’re building right here on Y’all Street.
And I have to say, I love the name “Y’all Street.” You can’t get much more Texas than that!
A few months back, I sat down with TXSE CEO Jim Lee on my podcast, Lt. Dan.

Mickey Has Claimed His Spot

Mickey, our new Bernedoodle, has only been with us for a few weeks, and he’s already claimed my favorite chair. Now, after a long day on the campaign trail, I come home to find him sitting there waiting for me. I think it’s safe to say he already feels right at home!
ICYMI: My Rural Texas Bus Tour Is Back
In 2022, I traveled to 133 cities across rural Texas. Now, we’re back on the road!
A few weeks ago, we kicked off our bus tour in Vernon and made our way through North Texas, stopping in communities from Wichita Falls and Nocona to Weatherford, Decatur, Gainesville, Sherman, and Greenville.
I love getting out across this state, meeting Texans, hearing what’s on their minds, and seeing firsthand what makes rural Texas so special.
We’re just getting started. I hope to see you on the trail when I visit your hometown.

Thank you for all your support over the years and for everything you do to keep Texas red. May God bless you and your family, and may He continue to bless the greatest state of all—Texas.
Sincerely,

Dan Patrick
Lieutenant Governor of Texas
