Thank You, Texas Republicans, for My Highest Primary Vote Total Ever: 85%
On Tuesday, I received 85% of the Republican primary vote. That is the highest I’ve ever received.
I am deeply honored and grateful for your trust and support. Together, we will continue fighting for conservative values and keeping Texas the greatest state in the nation.
The work continues…and the best is yet to come for the Lone Star State.
God bless you, and God bless Texas.
Now on to the general election!
Texas Will Always Remember the Alamo
Last Saturday, I attended the Alamo 190 Salute, part of the 190th Commemoration, with Sen. Pete Flores (R-Pleasanton), honoring the anniversary of the Battle of the Alamo in 1836.
Instead of giving a speech, I decided to sing the 1960 hit by Marty Robbins, “The Ballad of the Alamo.” I’m not much of a singer, but it was a lot of fun.
On March 6, 1836, the defenders of the Alamo made their final stand in San Antonio.
For 13 days, Texian soldiers fought with courage and conviction at the Alamo Mission, standing firm for liberty and the future of Texas. We remember their sacrifice. We honor their bravery. And we will never forget. Texans will always remember the Alamo!
Back at the Alamo
On Thursday, I was back at the Alamo where I had the honor of ringing the NASDAQ closing bell alongside Governor Abbott. I am thrilled to welcome NASDAQ to Texas. Soon, we will be the financial capital of the country.
Primary Election Review with Mark Davis
On Thursday, I also caught up with Mark Davis on the air. We unpacked the election and discussed what’s next for Texas. Click here to listen to our conversation.
