I’ve Launched a Major Legislative Initiative to Ban All Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) from Being Sold in Texas
“Thousands of Stores Have Opened to Sell All Types of Dangerous Products with Unlimited THC. These Stores Even Target Your Children.”
Senate Bill 3, which will be carried by Sen. Charles Perry, R-Lubbock, will ban all forms of THC and keep these unsafe products off our streets. We are not going to allow these retailers to circumvent the law and put Texans’ lives in danger. This bill will have broad bipartisan support in the Senate, and I trust the House will also see the danger of these products and pass this bill with overwhelming support so it can become law immediately.
Senate Bill 3 will not affect the compassionate use program (CUP). In fact, SB 3 will ensure Texans needing to utilize the compassionate use program will have access to safe, doctor-prescribed medication. Here is my official statement.

I’ve never stopped talking about how children are being smuggled across the border for profit. I’ve talked about how the internet directs the pick-up location to the low-life smugglers on the U.S. side of the border. The alleged female smuggler admits it all in this photo taken from a video. The great work of our incredible state troopers saved this little girl.
