I had an unusually long interview on Fox and Friends on Saturday morning to talk about what happened at the original briefing Tuesday and of the changing story that unfolded after. Here is a part of that interview.

Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin Calls for Investigation

Honoring Our Nation’s Fallen

May we never forget the heroes who have laid down their lives for our freedom.

A Different Kind of Movie About Our Fallen Soldiers
…based on a true story

Over Memorial Day Weekend, there are always a lot of war movies on television. If you haven’t seen Taking Chance, based on a true story, it’s on a few video services for $2.99-3.99.

It’s a movie about taking a fallen soldier back to his family after his body arrives back in the states. I saw it years ago. It’s a touching portrait of one soldier’s journey home.

Here’s the trailer.

This Memorial Day, as we honor those who have died protecting our country, please continue to pray for the families and community of Uvalde through these difficult days.

May God bless you and your family, and may He continue to bless the greatest state of all — Texas.

Sincerely,

Dan Patrick
