HOUSTON TX – Texas Lieutenant Governor and conservative Republican candidate for re-election, Dan Patrick, issued the following statement:
“Running for Lt. Governor in 2014 and again in 2018, I pledged to ban sanctuary cities and fund border security at historic levels. I kept my promise. This year, I approved funding to build the wall. Texas must secure the border because Biden and his administration won’t. And we must stop those here illegally from voting.

“The campaign is in full swing in every corner of the state. This is a 254-county effort,” Patrick said.
“This ad begins airing today in the following 15 media markets: Amarillo, Lubbock, El Paso, Odessa-Midland, Laredo, McAllen-Brownsville, Corpus Christi, Victoria, Beaumont-Port Arthur, Texarkana, Wichita Falls, Abilene-Sweetwater, San Angelo, Waco-Temple-Bryan, and Tyler-Longview,” said Allen Blakemore, senior political advisor to the Patrick campaign.
