Patrick Supported by Texas Bankers Association

“… a proven record of advancing the interests of the business community, which translates into an improved climate for consumers…”

HOUSTON, TX – Lt. Governor Dan Patrick announced today that he has gained the support of the Texas Bankers Association. In making the announcement, Eric Sandberg, President & CEO Texas Bankers Association, said:

“The Texas Bankers Association is grateful for the support Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick has shown the Texas banking industry, and we support his re-election. He has a proven record of advancing the interests of the business community, which translates into an improved climate for consumers served by the banking industry. This, in our opinion, is what makes Texas one of the premier states in the nation for new business activities.”

“I will continue to fight for conservative legislation to assure Texas banks can continue to help Texans and small businesses with the resources they need to build their American dream,” said Lt. Governor Dan Patrick.

Representing all Texas banking institutions, the Texas Bankers Association brings together community and regional banks and branches, bank holding companies and savings institutions.
