HOUSTON, TX – Lt. Governor Dan Patrick announced today that he has been endorsed by the Dallas Police Association (DPOPAC). In making the endorsement Frederick Frazier, Chairman of the Dallas Police Association, said:

“When law enforcement officers needed support for the issues important to our profession, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick was the first person we turned to in Austin. He protected our pension, helped the families of fallen officers, and provided funding for bulletproof vests to save lives. He has been a pillar of support for police officers and we strongly encourage voters to re-elect him for another term.”

“I will always fight for our law enforcement officers who put their lives on the line everyday for our families and our communities,” said Lt. Governor Dan Patrick.

The DPA is the original and largest police employee group for Dallas Police Officers and has over 4,000 active and retired members.
