On the Road with Team Trump!

I spent a great couple of days on the road last week with the Team Trump Bus Tour! Trump Campaign Senior Advisors Katrina Pierson and Brad Parscale were also on the bus.  On the first day, we had several stops in San Antonio before traveling to Granger.

Our first stop was Little’s Boot Company — a great San Antonio family-owned business that has been there since 1915.  I ordered some new boots.  Can’t wait to get them.

Later we stopped at the iconic Mi Tierra Restaurant in San Antonio’s Old Market Square where we met up with the Bexar County Republican Women and Alamo Republican Women.  We also stopped at Paris Hatters — the oldest retail business in downtown San Antonio.  They sell more than 9,000 hats per year! I bought a new Stetson, which I am wearing in some of these shots.

Of course, no visit to San Antonio is complete without a stop at our beloved Alamo – got a great shot out front with Brad and Katrina.

We had a rally outside the Latinos for Trump Victory Office on Loop 410 where we were joined by Senator Donna Campbell, R-New Braunfels, and U.S. House Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas.  As you can see, there is lots of enthusiasm for the President.  It is also clear that Texans want to Keep America Great and Keep Texas Red.

Our fifth and final stop on day one of the tour was at the Cotton Country Club in Granger. Over 500 people showed up – what a great way to end the day!

Day 2 of the Team Trump Bus Tour: Waco – Dallas/Fort Worth

We kicked off the second day of the Team Trump tour with the Texas Gun Experience in Grapevine — a family business that has been operating in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex for more than 35 years. The owners, Jared and Joseph Stanyer, are military veterans who are committed to protecting our Second Amendment Rights and keeping the tradition of gun ownership alive for generations to come. They have an amazing collection of historic guns, as well as the latest models. It is a great shooting range.

We had great brisket at the Feedstore BBQ in Southlake, before stopping by the Trump Victory Office in Denton.  We also made stops in Bedford, Dallas and Fort Worth. Here are just a few of the photos from the second day of the bus tour.

Texas Young Republicans Convention

I was proud to speak at the Texas Young Republicans Convention in Rockwall on Saturday night.  What an inspiring group of young people who are determined to make a difference in Texas and America going forward. We are all counting on them to ensure that Texas continues to lead the nation.

Happy Labor Day!

Finally, I would like to recognize the hardworking men and women in the Texas workforce whose labor, initiative and grit make our great state even greater every day. Jan and I hope you have all had a safe and happy Labor Day.

Please continue to keep our state and our nation in your prayers. Pray for the families who have lost loved ones to coronavirus and for our heroic health care workers. And, as always, keep our law enforcement officers in your prayers. May God bless you and your family, and may He continue to bless the greatest state of all—Texas.

Sincerely,
Dan Patrick
