Lt. Governor Patrick Endorsed by Texas Hospital Association HOSPAC

HOUSTON, TX – Lt. Governor Dan Patrick announced today that he has been endorsed by the Texas Hospital Association Political Action Committee (HOSPAC). In making the endorsement, John Hawkins, President/CEO, Texas Hospital Association, said:
“With an ongoing public health crisis, the support Lt. Governor Dan Patrick has shown Texas hospitals has been a crucial part of ensuring the health and safety of Texans across the state. Lt. Governor Patrick has keenly listened to the concerns of health care providers in addressing this emergency, and worked to help address Texas hospital funding and policy priorities. We look forward to working with Patrick over these next four critical years to continue guaranteeing the best health outcomes for Texans.”
One of the largest hospital associations in the country, THA represents more than 85 percent of the state’s acute-care hospitals and health care systems, which employ some 400,000 health care professionals statewide.
