Lt. Governor Patrick Endorsed by Department of Public Safety Officers Association

HOUSTON, TX – Lt. Governor Dan Patrick announced today that he has been endorsed by the Department of Public Safety Officers Association Political Action Committee (DPSOA-PAC). In making the endorsement, DPSOA President Richard Jankovsky III said:

“Lt. Governor Patrick has been a friend, advocate, and champion for DPS officers and employees throughout his service as lieutenant governor of Texas. He is a strong leader who not only listens to our concerns, but also takes substantive and meaningful actions to support our efforts. His record on public safety issues is rock solid and his support of law enforcement has been unwavering.

“Now, it is our turn to help Dan Patrick by working to ensure he is re-elected as lieutenant governor. DPSOA’s mission is to protect those who protect us all, and Lt. DPSOA is one of the largest organizations representing commissioned law enforcement officers in Texas and includes approximately 4,700 men and women who daily pledge their lives to protect Texans across the state.
