Lt. Governor Dan Patrick Endorsed by Texas Hospital Association
HOUSTON, TX – Lt. Governor Dan Patrick announced today that he has been endorsed by the Texas Hospital Association Political Action Committee (HOSPAC). In making the endorsement,Ted Shaw, President and CEO, Texas Hospital Association said:
“Texas hospitals applaud Lt. Governor Dan Patrick for his efforts to protect the Texas health care safety net and the Texas trauma system, as the state’s rapidly growing population and economy rely on it. We look forward to working with Patrick over the next four years to continue improving Texas’ health care system.”
One of the largest hospital associations in the country, THA represents more than 85 percent of the state’s acute-care hospitals and health care systems, which employ some 365,000 health care professionals statewide.
