Here’s everything you need to know about my property tax plan…

ICYMI: On our bus tour, we try to visit 8-10 cities each 14-hour work day. From time to time, we’ll make a longer video we call “treasures” about a special stop on our tour. Here is Treasure #2 from the famous @mlleddys in San Angelo, Texas.

About 25 people are involved to make just one pair of boots from start to finish. They are completely made by hand and the craftsmanship is impeccable. It was fascinating to see the process up close.

On my bus tour, I try to visit 8-10 cities a day, which can sometimes lead to a 14-hour work day. As I travel across this great state, I come across locations and people who deserve a longer video that my team and I call “treasures.” These Texas Treasure videos highlight the extra special stops on my tour. Here is Treasure #1 from Belton, Texas, featuring the baseball team at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. I hope you enjoy!

I enjoyed giving these outstanding young men some lessons on leadership…I told them that they should dream big and be willing to take a chance at times in life.

Afterward, I took to the field for some infield ground balls at second and third, as well as some pitching. It’s been 50 years since I last pitched from the mound but I have to say, I still brought the heat - excuse me - heating pad. @umhb is a great school and these young men are great leaders on and off the field.

As most of you know, I kicked off our 131-city bus tour across rural Texas back in August, where I am traveling to recognize, galvanize, and mobilize rural Texans to vote RED!

Here’s a short highlight video from my second week traveling around the state on my 131-city bus tour.

One thing is for sure: Texas communities are energized for election season. Voters are ready to get out this November and vote red up and down the ballot!

In late August, I kicked off my campaign bus tour! Fifty percent of the Republican vote comes from rural Texas. My goal is to recognize, galvanize, and mobilize rural Texans to keep the Lone Star State RED!

While out and about on my campaign bus tour today, I stopped by the historic Comal County Courthouse. I appreciate Judge Waldrip showing me around. I love to tour our Texas courthouses…there’s always something new to see and learn. A true Texas gem!

Today I kicked off my campaign bus tour! What an exciting and jam-packed day it's been. From San Antonio to New Braunfels, to Boerne, and Pleasanton, I got to visit with tons of Texans — and I’m looking forward to meeting plenty more along the way.

You never know who you’re going to meet and where…I’ve met a lot of supporters all day including Barbara who asked for a photo while filling up our big tank of gas…thanks for your support, Barbara!
