I joined Laura Ingraham in D.C. on her program Thursday night to talk about Talarico and his socialist Democrat accomplices. They’re a danger to America.

Brian Birdwell’s Swearing-In Ceremony in Washington, D.C.

On Thursday, I flew to D.C. to speak at the swearing-in ceremony for former Senator, Lt. Colonel, and now Assistant Secretary of War, my friend Brian Birdwell.
Brian escaped death on 9/11 when he walked down the hall from his office minutes before the plane hit the Pentagon. He was returning to his office as the plane hit. A minute or two either way, and he would have been killed along with 125 other military members and civilians, including two members of his staff. After over 39 surgeries, he served in the Texas Senate for 16 years and was recently appointed Assistant Secretary of War by President Trump. He is a great American. He showed me the exact spot where he was walking when the plane destroyed the wing of the building.

Brian survived this wing of the Pentagon. 125 others didn’t. It was a miracle he survived.

Several current and former Texas Senators traveled to the ceremony.
Thank you for all your support over the years and for everything you do to keep Texas red. May God bless you and your family, and may He continue to bless the greatest state of all—Texas.
Sincerely,

Dan Patrick
Lieutenant Governor of Texas
