Lt. Governor Dan Patrick Supported by Major Contractor Associations: A proven champion of free enterprise and a strong advocate for business
HOUSTON, TX – Lt. Governor Dan Patrick announced the support for his re-election from some of the state’s largest construction groups and organizations. The list includes: Associated Builders and Contractors of Texas PAC; Greater Houston Builders Association HOME-PAC; Associated General Contractors of Texas PAC; Associated Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Contractors of Texas (PHCC Texas); and Texas Construction Association PAC.
“Associated Builders and Contractors of Texas Political Action Committee (ABC PAC) is proud to endorse Lt. Governor Dan Patrick for re-election as lieutenant governor of Texas. Lt. Governor Patrick is a proven champion of free enterprise and a strong advocate for business. As the president of the Texas Senate, he has been integral in the passage of legislation which calls for the practice of neutrality concerning prehire collective bargaining agreements when awarding construction contracts using state money or state credit. He has also been a strong advocate for workforce development. Lt. Governor Patrick has demonstrated his understanding of the importance of the construction industry in Texas,” announced Jon Fisher, President and Treasurer of ABC PAC.
Keith Colvin, Texas Construction Association PAC Board Chair added “The Texas Construction Association PAC is grateful for the support Governor Patrick has given the construction industry in Texas.
