Dan Patrick Endorsed by Texas Medical Association TEXPAC
“Protecting the health of all Texans…”

HOUSTON, TX – Lt. Governor Dan Patrick announced today that he has been endorsed by the Texas Medical Association TEXPAC. In making the endorsement, Jimmy Widmer, MD, TEXPAC Chair said:

“TEXPAC is pleased to endorse Lt. Governor Dan Patrick for his re-election. Lt. Gov. Patrick has been an advocate for physician issues by protecting the practice of medicine to care for our patients without burdensome red tape. During the legislative session, Lt. Gov. Patrick supported medicine’s vast agenda while heeding guidance from our physician members across the state. TEXPAC looks forward to continuing our work with Lt. Gov. Patrick to protect the health of all Texans.”

TEXPAC is the Texas Medical Association’s bipartisan political arm, helping to elect medicine-friendly candidates at the local, state, and federal level. Created in 1962, TEXPAC is one of the oldest political action committees in Texas.
