Today is a great day for women's health and unborn children in Texas. The Sonogram Bill will improve women's healthcare in Texas, provide women the information that they deserve through informed consent and, undoubtedly, save thousands of innocent lives. If only one in five women in Texas decides to carry her baby to term after seeing the sonogram, it will save 12,000-15,000 lives a year.
